TravelGlobe helps you collect your travel memories and place them on a 3D globe. This policy explains what we store and why. See also our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

Account details (email, display name), the photos and videos you choose to upload, and the location associated with that media — either from its embedded GPS/EXIF data or a location you set manually.

How we use your data

Your media and locations are used to render your personal globe, organize your trips, and compute your travel stats. We do not sell your personal data.

Storage & security

Media is stored in Firebase Cloud Storage and metadata in Cloud Firestore, protected by per-user security rules so only you (and people you explicitly share with) can access your content.

Location data

Location is only attached to media you upload. You can upload media without a location, and you control the privacy level (private, friends, or public) of every item.

Advertising (free plan)

After your welcome trial, free accounts may see ads served by Google AdMob. Paid subscriptions are ad-free. AdMob may use an advertising identifier as described in Google’s policies.

Crash & error reporting

If enabled, we use Sentry to collect anonymized crash and error reports to improve stability. This contains no media content.

Your choices

You can delete individual memories or your entire account at any time. See account deletion.
