Delete your TravelGlobe account
TravelGlobe (package com.travelglobe.app) lets you delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the TravelGlobe app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Scroll to Account & data.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What we delete
- Your profile (name, email, photo, bio)
- Photos, videos, and posts you uploaded
- Trips, comments, messages, and social connections tied to your account
- Subscription status stored in our database (billing history may remain with Google Play per their policies)
What may be kept temporarily
- Backup copies may persist briefly in secure storage while deletion jobs complete (typically within 30 days).
- Anonymous analytics or crash logs not linked to your identity may be retained as described in our privacy policy.
- Content you shared with others (e.g. in their message history) may remain on their devices or accounts until they delete it.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@travelglobe.app from the address linked to your account with the subject Delete my TravelGlobe account. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.
